Receive and attend to all customers and visitors.
Ensure that the Front of Office and meeting rooms is neat and ready for use.
Operate the PABX system quickly and efficiently, taking accurate messages.
Assist the Financial Manager in compiling information for credit applications.
Liaison with courier companies, sending and receiving all couriers and attending to documentation thereof, and reconcile monthly courier account.
Liaise with caterers in the preparation and presentation of in and out of office functions, including refreshments.
Responsible for conference bookings and arrangements, including liaising with service providers, customers and suppliers.
To attend to all maintenance requirements for office machines.
Booking of flights, vehicle hire and accommodation: Local and International.
Desired Experience & Qualification
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
