An exciting position exists for an Executive PA for our client based in the Kloof area.
Take calls on behalf of the director.
Act as a gatekeeper to the director, assist with the management of multiple mailboxes.
Follow up or respond on behalf of the director where applicable.
Following up with staff and clients on behalf of the director and ensuring tasks are completed.
Managing the director’s calendar, effectively schedule appointments and respond to meeting requests on behalf of the director.
Ensure the directors files and administration is correctly saved and managed within our cloud system.
Collate, compile, and distribute documents to the required standards within defined time frames.
Manage all documents with care and absolute attention to detail in accordance with brand guidelines.
Assist the marketing department with the preparation of the director’s and companies’ client proposals and presentations from time to time.
Accurately escalate issues and queries to the relevant client/staff member when required.
Provided secretarial support (agendas, minutes, action plans etc.) for the preparation and successful execution of meetings.
Prepared to travel with director to some meetings where required.
General administrative work within the office; Complete all paperwork with new staff to the business, do induction and orientation.
Ensuring the company has up to date policies for staff and filing up to date for all staff files.
Assist with set ups of new staff members on all platforms of the company.
General office administration.
Assist with CRM system and act as coordinator of services within the business.
Bcom Degree or relevant equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in same role.
Office Environment with potential travel based on business needs
