A Quality Assurance Administrator position has become available with our client based in the Umhlanga area on a 3 - 6 month contract, to evaluate the quality and service provided to clients.
To provide support and guidance to our team to maintain the agreed service levels of quality and compliance.
To support the Manager: Quality Assurance in the compilation of reports and analysis of results
Treating Customers Fairly - TCF
FAIS accreditation would be an advantage.
2 years Quality Assurance experience or similar.
Fluent is Zulu, Tswana or Sotho
Experience working within a Claims. (Short Term, Mechanical Warranty or Life) or Policy Administration environment would be an advantage.
Experience in insurance industry or equivalent experience in a financial services/call centre environment.
Previous administrative, customer service call centre experience is required.
Must credit clear
