Opportunity exists for thorough and meticulous Office Manager / Personal Assistant with solid experience in administration and office support, and minimum 7 years PA experience to join well-established company trading on multiple continents with a global footprint in transport and distribution.
Ensure that all administration functions are done effectively on a daily basis. Attend to and arrange for travel, transport, and accommodation for management. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls, including preparing meeting room.
Answering the switchboard and transferring calls to the appropriate employees in a professional manner, also ensuring that all departments get their messages timeously, as well as screening calls and taking messages for management.
Matric and Certificate in Administration or Secretarial is essential
Experience in a Logistics / Transport environment advantageous
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
