Our Accounts Receivable team is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Team Leader who will be responsible for collaboration between different business units across the matrix organisation, timeous collections, and day-to-day leadership & operational management of the respective team. The successful incumbent will provide input to continuous process improvement within the area of responsibility and reports directly to the Regional Credit Manager.

What You Will Do
Compliance and application of the company credit policy and procedures;
Timeous collection of monies due;
Credit worthy customers compliance;
Manage and maintain good relations & collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders;
Regular feedback and meetings with key internal stakeholders;
Manage the litigation process in handing over of accounts for collection;
Adhere to monthly reporting deadlines and analysis requirements;
Supervision and leadership of staff reporting to this position;
Support to the regional Credit Manager and Financial Controller with required data, reports and query resolution.
