supplier of face sheilds. See below pics. Shields are suitable for schools, churches, temples, mosques, offices, banks, factories, hair & beauty salons, supermarkets and the general public.

Below are my pricing on the face visors as per our comms, ex vat & delivery.

101 + @ R10 each

Flat packed in bulk, in generic corrugated boxes.

It will have assembly instructions. Super easy to make up.

Specification of materials are:
Black head frame is injection moulded from ABS Plastic (Acrylonite Butadiene Stryrene).
Clear Visor is 400um/micron Ascetate.

Features:
High Impact Resistance
Strong, hard and rigid. Rigidity improves as thickness increases
Limited outdoor applications (if UV stabilized)
Easy to vacuum form, process and print.
Different finishes
Absorbs Moisture – care should be taken to pre-dry prior to thermoforming.
ABSScratch-resistant and highly shock-absorbent
Can be bonded/glued
Resistant to environmental stress cracking influences, especially if properly fixed/mounted to accommodate for expansion and contraction due to daily temperature variations
Can be recycled
Thats for the ABS
Very comfortable and light , like wearing a pair of sunglasses.
These head bands are most durable they will not stretch or break with you putting them on and removing it.
Visors are replaceable is they get damaged after constant use.
